Do I need to provide my own washing detergent or laundry products?

No, unless you have a product you want us to use. West Coast Laundry use Australian-made chemical-free laundry products to clean and protect your garments.

Will my laundry be picked up?

Call 0448 751 288 to book a time with your local West Coast Laundry team. Or click on Book a Service, select your location, and then see the available pick-up times in your area. These timeframes are an estimate and may vary by up to 60 minutes. The online booking timeslots will close 3 hours prior.

How do I know when you will collect my laundry?

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your local West Coast Laundry staff is on their way to your location, you’ll receive a text message notification telling you when the driver will arrive for pick-up or delivery. This means you don’t need to wait by the door for your pick-up. Best of all, we pick-up or deliver directly to your home, office, hotel, university or business.

Do I need to be home to have my laundry collected or delivered?

No, you don’t have to be home to have your laundry collected or delivered. You can leave us special instructions on where to pick-up or drop off your laundry, so you don’t have to be there.

When will I get my laundry back?

Normally your laundry will be returned the following day (24 hours later) at approximately the same time it was picked up. This could vary if you have a larger load than the provided laundry bag. Please note if your laundry was collected on a Saturday, then it will be returned on Monday. If you need your laundry done fast, then we offer a same day express option. This express service covers wash, dry & fold and ironing services. If we pick up before 10:00 AM, then your garments will be delivered to you by 5:00 PM on the same day, ready to use.

Are the laundry team trained?

Yes, our team are known as “fussy laundry professionals.” They wash, clean, iron and repair garments thoroughly with an eye for detail to get rid of dirt, grime, fur and stains. Our staff undergo Initial, Advanced and Ongoing training to ensure they know how to best look after your garments.

What’s more, our team are uniformed, fully insured, and police-checked, for your peace of mind.

How can I make a payment?

We will provide you with an invoice after your laundry has been collected. We require payment prior to delivery of completed service. West Coast Laundry reserves the right to withhold your laundry until payment is received. Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer to the payment details listed on the invoice.
For our NDIS clients we are a registered provider and able to process directly through NDIS Agency Portal or with your Plan Manager.

Can I drop off my laundry?

No. We provide free pick-up and delivery.

Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes, West Coast Laundry Cleaners provides our clients with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% happy with the service, we will re-do your laundry, free of charge, or give you a full refund. We can offer this guarantee with confidence because our team of laundry professionals are fully trained and have been carefully selected based on their work ethic, enthusiasm and attention to detail. We don’t turn our back on our customers. We re-do your laundry, or you get a refund.

Can you pick up my laundry while I am on holidays?

Yes, we can. We can collect and return your laundry directly to your hotel or holiday rental.

Do you offer a dry cleaning business?

No, this is not a service we offer as we are small business owners that operate from our own homes.

What happens if I am not 100% happy with the services that I got?
